Hi Ron:
I think the web site is a great idea. I'd be delighted to have my address
listed there. You asked for a two line bio: My major accomplishments are that I
have raised two wonderful daughters, one in college and the other a reporter
here in Washington. I am happily remarried as of three years ago and have
worked in the medical center at Georgetown for almost six years. My other major
accomplishment at age 56 is that I have done no jail time.
I don't have any more information on the former staff that you mentioned than
you do. I am in touch with some others, however. Steve Dachi is retired here in
Washington and he stays busy lecturing at the Foreign Service Institute and
Georgetown and consults with businesses about their international projects.
John Lingle continues as a management consultant living in Williamsburg. Larry
& Terry Hill were transferred to the Embassy in South Africa this summer
and will be there for 3 or 4 years. Jeff Barber is living in Tupelo, MS
(birthplace of Elvis) and is CEO of a large hospital system. I also stay in
touch with Rick Laird, although he may be before your time.
In terms of your group, the only one that I can think of for sure is Ann Emmett
who continues married to Bob and living in Bethesda.
That's all I know for now. Always great to hear from you.
Best regards,
Minor
